Parachute Test Gone Wrong

Today, Wednesday, 1st June, while performing a test drop of our CanSat in the field behind our school, we made a huge mistake. After previously having lost a CanSat to the trees, we decided to keep well clear of them, so we went to the other side of the field. Unfortunately the wind had changed direction so the parachute ended up going the other direction, and landed in the river!!!

After about 10 minutes of searching, we finally found it fully submerged in water. After dring the CanSat out using rice, we turned it back on and found that it still worked perfectly, even after being underwater for that long
